AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. Gold Containers strives to ensure that all items displayed on the website are in stock. However, it reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders for unavailable products or items with manufacturing defects. In such cases, Gold Containers guarantees a full refund of the amount paid.
If a product is unavailable, Gold Containers may contact the customer by email or phone within 48 hours after the order to inform them of a new delivery timeframe or to propose a replacement with a similar item.

PRICES
Gold Containers’ pricing policy reflects the best market conditions, aiming to offer customers advantageous promotions, bundled deals, and competitive prices. The goal is to provide high-quality services and sustainable environmental practices.
All listed prices already include VAT at the legally applicable rate.
Gold Containers reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to include products in promotional campaigns.
Prices, promotions, and campaigns on www.goldcontainers.pt may differ from those offered through direct commercial contact. Product images may not exactly reflect the actual characteristics of the items, including color and tone.
The minimum amount required for free shipping is calculated based on the total value of the products after discounts have been applied. Payment fees and shipping costs are not included in this calculation.
PAYMENT METHODS
The available payment options are:
- MB WAY: Enter your phone number and confirm the payment via the app.
- Multibanco Reference: After selecting this method, you will receive a payment reference. If payment is not made within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Credit Card: We accept payments via Visa and (incomplete in original text).
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
